ITS ALL IN THE PREPARATION

When we are young
We think that time is
All that we must conquer
We imagine that
The distress of our current age
Will all be behind us
When we reach a certain distance
We imagine that
If we can just make it
That far to
When we are at an age
Where we percieve
Things to work out for the best
For most people
We too will be OK
Life will be just peachy
But when we do
Hit that distance mark
We realize that
Of all we have conquered
Time is by far the easiest
For if we just sit and wait
Time will carry us there
