LIFE IS GOOD... AND IT GETS BETTER

No, really! Life is good
Especially when the weather is good
and your health is good
and the sex is good
and the money is good
and the money for sex is good
and the not being in jail is good
and the food is good
and the music is good
and the drugs are good
and the dreams are good
even if only one of those were good
life is good
you just have to see enough of it
to know how true it is
life is good

and it gets better
it gets better every day
slowly, but surely
it gets better
it gets better all the time
although you may not see it
although you may not hear it
although you may not feel it
you know these words are true
and you need to hear them
it gets better
it always gets better
although it may not be enough today
although it may not be enough tomorrow
in fact it may take a lifetime
but it gets better
and you can help it on its way
you can speed the progression
if you want it to get better
you know what you need to do
so do what needs to be done
and you will see
it gets better
